A fuller definition is “being a method of harvesting or using a resource so that the resource is not depleted or permanently damaged over an extended period of time.”<\/p>\n
Therefore, when asking ourselves whether something is “sustainable,” we should be asking ourselves the following questions: Is it maintainable? Can we endure it?<\/p>\n
Something cannot be “increasingly sustainable” or “more sustainable.” It either is sustainable or it is not.<\/p>\n
